Event Description:
Canoeing 102
Dale Rieger will help paddlers progress beyond the basic forward and back strokes, introducing skills that lead to more fun and safety on the water. Participants need to provide their own gear - boat, paddle, and life vest, whcih must be worn. Sun screen, a hat, and a whistle are also expected. The class, approximately and hour in length will begin promptly at 9:30 am so arrive early enough to unload your gear, park and be ready to launch. The location is the Pier 33 marina. Participants will be limited to the first eight boats (solo or tandem, canoe or kayak)
